Ramsey Bergeron
Host of Break Your Ego, Find Your Soul
Ramsey Bergeron has been a leader in the coaching and wellness industries for over 15 years and has over 2 decades of public speaking experience. His professional career began in his early twenties when he worked his way up from a DJ in a Memphis, TN nightclub to be the National Director of Field Marketing for JBC Entertainment within 5 years. He spent the next several years in that position travelling the country to create and analyze local marketing strategies for over 20 locations and train local personnel in the art of customer service.
In 2006 after relocating to Scottsdale Arizona, Ramsey began a new chapter as an entrepreneur and launched Bergeron Training, a Health and Wellness company dedicated to helping people achieve goals they never thought possible. He has been seen in numerous periodicals such as Men's Health Magazine and was featured in over 40 million newspapers across the country.
Aware that his differentiating factor was his ability to connect with his clients and help them see things with more clarity, he shifted his focus to coaching and speaking full time and Bergeron Well-Being was born.
He has regularly competed in the Celebrity Nautica Malibu triathlon for several years and is an expert contributor to various online wellness and coaching articles.
Ramsey also served on the Board of Directors of Duet, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping homebound seniors and family caregivers in Maricopa County from 2017- 2020.
